The settings outlined bellow work with Windows 8, 8.1, Windows 10, Creators Update, Windows Server 2012, and Server 2019 (with only minor syntax differences). Note that netsh and other DOS commands are still available under PowerShell, just as with Command Prompt. With the introduction of Windows 8/Server 2012, some of those parameters are only tweakable by using the Windows PowerShell, that is why we will be using it for settings when possible.
